Video Transcript:

So, the Innovation Fitness™ Assessment is really important in a team context. I am just reminded of an organization that we have been working with for some time. A little over 160 employees. And everybody has taken the assessment and everybody has a report. As a matter of fact, these guys took the assessment the first time about three years ago, and then they have had everybody retake it every 12 to 18 months. What is really powerful about this is, number one, for the first time as an organization they have a dashboard of their strengths. They know who can contribute how, they have marked their bench if you will. That’s number one.

The second thing is, out of that then they are able to function cross-organizationally. So, it’s no longer about your position, it is about who can bring the best opportunity for us to finish a project, to start a project, whatever it is. And that is really powerful. So, as a team context, it promotes collaboration, it helps and gives everybody an opportunity to contribute, and everybody is proud of their strengths. It’s not like, oh my goodness you don’t have the strength that I have—no. Your strength is important and we know how to maximize that strength depending upon the context.
