Timothy Mwololo Waema is a Full Professor of Information Systems in the School of Computing and Informatics at the University of Nairobi. He has worked for many years at the intersection of information technology, strategy, policy, and innovation. Prof. Waema has extensive ICT for development research and consultancy experience. He has been key in leading the innovation agenda of the University of Nairobi, as well as organizing the Nairobi Innovation Week for four years running. He has also been involved in developing literally all the national policy and strategy documents in ICT and Science, Technology, and Innovation. He is a Certified Formal Axiologist, a Certified Professional Driving Forces Analyst (CPDFA), a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA), and a Certified Professional TriMetrix HD Analyst (CPHDA), as well as a faculty for The Complete Leader Program.
