Before you begin any innovation initiative, you must have the 3 P’s of innovation—and they have to work together to create success.
Episode Transcript
The question today is: What are the three P’s of innovation? When you are starting or working on any innovation initiative, you must have these three P’s. ‘P’ number one is Purpose. ‘P’ number two is what we call Pathway. Some people use the word, “processes,” but “process” is not complete; that’s why we refer to it as a “pathway,” because there are other elements. The third ‘P’ is People. Those three P’s must work interactively during any innovation context to be successful. If any of those are missing or are weak, then your innovation initiative will likely stall or not be successful. So you must have those three P’s: Purpose, Pathway, and People working interactively to be successful in your innovation initiative. Until next time, keep innovating.
