Cassie Benson: Originally, I would’ve probably lumped innovation and creativity in the exact same bucket. I would have just assumed that innovation means creating new things. And through this process, I’ve learned that innovation is really about creating value. It allowed me to identify that everybody has gifts and to honor the ideas of others and then pull people in when those strengths are needed as far as continuing on innovation.
