Episode Transcript

Today’s question is, how do I create momentum around my idea? So, one of the big struggles that most innovators and even entrepreneurs—large companies, even, struggle—is now that we have this idea, how do I get it going? That has been one of the questions I get from people around the world. So, this is how you address it: You have to have a clear purpose. You have to have a well-mapped pathway. And you have to have a very clear methodology of organizing people because you need people to help you to get the idea from idea form to the business or the product you are trying to create. Till next time, keep innovating!
