There are 6 stages on the Innovation Pathway. But how do I traverse this pathway successfully?

Today’s question is, how do I navigate through the innovation pathway? We know there are six stages in the innovation pathway, and we say the Six Stages are Identify, Define, Develop, Test, Deploy, and Scale. So, how do I navigate? This is how you do it. Number one, you need to understand what you are supposed to get out of each stage. Number two, you need to understand what the activities are within each stage. Number three, you need to understand what are the outcomes from each of those activities in each stage. And number four, you need to understand how and the people who are going to work on it must be so they can get you outcomes based on the activities they are going to be engaged with. That is how you navigate through the Six Stages of Innovation. Until next time, keep innovating!
