We believe that every person is suited for a specific task—but how do you show it?

Episode Transcript

This question is a great one. How do I tell my boss he or she is not suited for the job? This is a tricky one. Use the Innovation Fitness™ Score. We believe that every person is suited for a specific task based on their talents, skills, and passions. That’s what the Innovation Fitness™ Score reveals. So, you may have someone who is good, but they’re working on the wrong things and they do not have the right energy for the task. What that means is, you are never going to get superior results. So, how do you tell your boss that they are not suited for the job? You actually have them take the Innovation Fitness™ Score, and then they will identify those tasks that they are not good at and delegate those to someone else so everybody works on what they are good at and we all can be happier. Till next time, keep innovating.
