What are you worried about? I’m sure you’re worried about something—what are you worried about? Make a list, prioritize it, pick one. Second thing is, take the most critical worry, identify the opportunities it provides you, make a list, make a decision on what to execute first. Please do not execute more than one thing at a time until you get the discipline of working with this model. Because what happens is, we try to make too many changes too fast, we are becoming reactionary at that point, and we actually lose the opportunity to maximize the value. The last one is, identify barriers of execution, identify very simple tools. You may even have to stop using complex tools so that you can simplify your life a little bit, so that now you can focus on executing on what you believe will give you the greatest value. Create a system that supports you to be successful. We always say, when you are in crisis, simple is better. During crisis, look for ways to simplify your operations, simplify the language, simplify communication, simplify the way you communicate to your customers, the way you deliver goods and services—that will always allow you to see everything more clearly so that you can actually get out of the crisis.
