Struggling to get your idea from point A to point B? Discover the path to successful innovation with these 6 steps.

Episode Transcript

Today’s question is: What does the Innovation Pathway look like? When we talk about the Innovation Pathway, this is the journey that you go through or you take from an idea or from a problem to a solution, or from an idea to the impact you want. This journey is always and sometimes not very clear to most people—because one of the questions I always get is, Now I have an idea, where do I start or where do I go? There are six distinct milestones on what we call the pathway. And those six milestones, we call them the Six Stages. The Six Stages are Identify, Define, Develop, Test, Deploy, and Scale. Every innovation must go through those six stages, and you need to understand what that looks like for your idea, your problem, in order to be successful. Until next time, keep innovating.
