The question is not if you are an innovator—everyone is an innovator! But you must learn where you innovate best to succeed.

Episode Transcript

Today, actually I am not addressing a question, I am addressing a comment: “Am I the innovator that I believe I am.” The question is not if you are an innovator or not. You are an innovator, believe me! As a matter of fact, I have this saying: “I am an innovator.” Do you know how and why we know that? We actually measure everyone—seven billion people—it’s not a matter of do they innovate or not. Everybody innovates. It’s a matter of how much they innovate and where they innovate within the continuum of innovation. And so, everybody has a fitness score. In some cases you are good, in other cases, you are not. It’s not just limited to a specific population, it’s universal. So, are you an innovator—yes, you are an innovator! You now need to figure out where you innovate best. You can use the Innovation Fitness™ Score to learn where you contribute the most. Until next time, keep innovating.
