Is there a best time of year to start an innovation project? Yes, there is—right now. Right now, innovation comes little by little, day by day. Even the big breakthrough innovations are a chain of many small ideas, discussions, experiments. So, find a problem, capture as many ideas as possible, discuss those ideas with the people around you, create more ideas, then begin to experiment with and try out some of your ideas.
