Episode Transcript:

How come you are not innovating? You actually have to address corporate innovation excuses and mindsets. These excuses and mindsets, as you know, your organization has some. And it’s okay that you have them. The idea is, let’s address them but we need to know what are those things that are an impediment. This is the one excuse—and I’m going to call it an excuse because that’s what it is—it’s the one excuse that I hear across the world. “We don’t have time.” Everybody is busy around here, we are in conferences, meetings, we are overloaded with every day work. That’s true. As an organization, growth must be an integral part of our mindset. And therefore we must create time and space for innovation. And the truth is, everybody can say they have no time. And everybody can say they have a lot of time, if you prioritize it.
