So, you’ve received your Innovation Fitness™ Report. And on the first page, it tells us where your greatest strength is as an innovator. And as you go to the next page, it shows you what’s in the report and how you’re going to be able to use it to improve your performance and improve your influence in whatever work you’re doing. The succeeding pages give you a description of each of the Six Stages and identify or highlight where you have the greatest fitness, where you have the greatest opportunity to make a difference. And then we take a look at your skills and how your skills align with your part of the innovation continuum and each of those skills has a description of how you can utilize it in your work.
Next, we look at your behavioral traits—how you get things done and how they fit into your work and the innovation process. And then we look at your driving forces which identify where you get your greatest sense of satisfaction or fulfillment from the innovation that you do. Finally, we’re going to look at how you can grow your skills, how you can increase your influence, and very practical ways that it applies to your work. And at the end of the report, there are live links where you can get more resources, coaching ideas, podcasts from us, ways that you can continue to grow your fitness so that you can become the innovator that other people pay attention to.
