Ron Price shares the story behind the Innovation Fitness™ Report. By taking the Innovation Fitness™ Assessment, you will know exactly where your innovation abilities lie and which of the Six Stages of Innovation to steer clear of. The report looks closely at your talents, which are worth developing as skills, and how to use your particular behavioral traits and motivators to grow as an innovator. You can take this knowledge and immediately apply it to your day-to-day work.

Hi, I’m Ron Price. And I co-authored this book, The Innovator’s Advantage, along with Evans Baiya. One of the reasons we wrote this book was because we began to recognize that you can actually organize people around what we refer to as their Innovation Fitness™, which is how each person relates to the six stages of the innovation continuum. And the result of it is a report that gives you some great insights about yourself and where you will excel in the process of innovation—and where you might struggle as well.
The report goes through first your primary fit, where you are the greatest innovator in the continuum, and it gives you the details of why you are, what it is about your skills, about your passions, about your thinking patterns, and your behavioral traits that make you such a good fit for that part of the innovation process. It actually shows you how you fit in all six stages so you can understand your second and third and fourth and so on. And then it gives you ideas for how you can continue to grow your capabilities in whatever stages you want to work on. I’m really excited about what this report does to help people really get an unfair advantage in how they take innovation and make it very much personal, very much theirs, and how they’ll have greater success working in their company.
